WHAT CAN WE EXPECT AT LLIPT?
You can expect... the same amazing experience and programming that LatinoLife has built its 7-year reputation on, delivering unique experiences with quality and diverse artists in stunning venue.
You can expect... a Latin music festival made and run by Latinos, Latinas and Latinxs who use our own lived experience of our cultures to ensure authentic and high quality Latin music and dance, as opposed to clichéd, low-quality expressions.
You can expect... our wonderful genres showcased within their cultural contexts, not lumped with other so-called ‘World’ music, diluting their meaning and value.
You can expect... our best LatinoLife in the Park yet!

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINK INTO THE VENUE?
water will be freely available at the festival, BUt guests cannot bring their own FOOD AND DRINK IN. THe REaSON FOR THIS IS THAT WE'd LIKE visitors to support our independent food and drink traders from the Latin community, as this is one of the only festival outlets where they can showcase and serve their delicious Latin American food and drink. Previously, people have been allowed to bring in their own food and drink, to the detriment of the traders who often come from far and wide and make a huge effort. If we lose the traders due to lack of customers, we cannot put on the event, because they also bring us much needed income to put on this amazing festival. we also think eating food that you might not normally eat, enhances the cultural experience so we appreciate you giving it a try. and we know you'll love it!

WHAT IS THERe FOR KIDS AT LATINOLIFE IN THE PARK?
There is something for everyone at LatinoLife in the Park, and we definitely recommend it for families, particularly between 12-6pm. Apart from the music and dance shows on stage, there is a designated kids zone with Magic Shows, Slapstick Comedy, Puppet Shows, Storytelling, Giant Bubbles, Party Games, Balloon Modelling, Limbo & Conga Dancing, Mini Discos & MORE! (activities tbc). they'll love our immersive experiences: in 'cuba linda' where they can enjoy the dance and percussion workshops, and soak up the atmosphere of the tropical island of cuba and in 'viva mexico' they can watch lucha libre wrestlers and the colour dance shows. WE would recommend taking the kids early when it's not too crowded, Kids should try new foods and can have fun in our authentic immersive experiences.

WHAT IF MY CHILD GETs LOST?
Parents are responsible for supervising their children at the festival; unattended children are the responsibility of their guardians. if your child happens to get lost, please contact a steward, the Information point or a Festival official so that we can help reunite you with your wandering offspring. Found kids are looked after at Medical/First Aid tent
The Festival is generally a very safe and friendly environment, but Big crowds can be daunting for children. To avoid separating from them, give your kids the same advice you would if you were anywhere else: don't go off without telling you first. It's really helpful if children have their parent's mobile number on them – the Information Point and the Box Office provide markable children's wristbands for you to write your contact number on, or simply write it on your child's clothing or arm – so that when your wandering child is found we can contact you. From a practical perspective, it can help to dress your children in bright colours or even a child's hi-vis vest, as it will help them stand out in busy areas.

are dogs allowed into the festival?
NO.
