COVID FAQs

WE’RE LOOKING FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU TO LATINO LIFE IN THE PARK 2021! BEFORE YOU ARRIVE, PLEASE READ THROUGH OUR INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

We are asking all attendees to use the NHS App to check in to the venue upon arrival. The QR check-in posters will be situated at all the entrances to the park and throughout the festival area.

We encourage visitors to wear masks when appropriate. With the festival happening outdoors, we do not expect this to be done at all times, nor when you are eating or drinking.

We encourage everyone attending the Festival to be conscious of guidance relating to COVID-19 as society reopens. If you, or anyone you live with, display COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature, new and persistent cough, or a loss of/change in sense of taste or smell) prior to the event, we ask that you don’t attend and follow government guidance for self-isolation. If you have been contacted by NHS Test and Trace and instructed to self-isolate, or are required to isolate after travel, for example, please do not attend Latino Life in the Park.

For more information about our covid-19 measures, read our FAQs below

COVID-19 FAQS

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FEEL UNWELL WITH COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR HAVE A POSITIVE TEST RESULT BEFORE THE EVENT AND NEED TO SELF-ISOLATE?

We encourage everyone attending the festival to be conscious of guidance relating to COVID-19 as society reopens. If you, or anyone you live with, display COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature, new and persistent cough, or a loss of/change in sense of taste or smell) prior to the event, we ask that you don’t attend and follow government guidance for self-isolation. If you have been contacted by NHS Test and Trace and instructed to self-isolate, or are required to isolate after travel, for example, please do not attend Latino Life in the Park.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO BEFORE I ARRIVE?

If you are coming to Latino Life in the Park please follow government guidance with regards to travel. This includes relevant regulations on international travel, such as testing and quarantine measures. If you are arriving by public transport, please adhere to any guidance from that transport service.  Once you are here, we of course want you to have a great time, but do help us by being considerate to one another and following any direction given by our Festival team.

WILL SOCIAL DISTANCING BE ENFORCED?

Latino Life in the Park site has been designed to provide people plenty of space. We have deliberately increased the size of the arena to give customers the ability to be distanced from others. As with any concert, we expect the audience will be closer to each other and more energetic directly in front of the stage. The main stage PA system has been designed so sound quality will be great across the areas in front of the stages so please consider you fellow attendees and give each other some pace.

DO I NEED TO BRING A FACE COVERING?

When enjoying what Latino Life offers we’d love everyone to be courteous and wear face coverings where they feel this may help others continue enjoying the event. We will not be expecting people to wear a face covering when they are eating and drinking.

WILL YOUR STAFF BE WEARING FACE COVERINGS?

Where they are interacting with customers you will likely see non-exempt staff wearing face coverings as part of a range of measures in place to manage COVID-19 risks.

DO I NEED ANY BADGES IF I’M MEDICALLY EXEMPT FROM FACE COVERINGS?

If you feel that you don’t need to wear a face covering, then we trust you. Unless you want to there’s no need to wear exemption badges or lanyards.

WILL HAND SANITISERS BE AVAILABLE?

Hand sanitisers will be available upon entry to the Festival site and regularly at other points across site. Please feel to bring your own for use as necessary during the day. For security reasons, please only bring plastic containers that are 500ml or smaller. We will also be operating an increased cleaning regime at key customer touch points across the site.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FEEL OVERWHELMED BEING IN A BIG CROWD FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 18 MONTHS?

If you need any support or assistance of any kind during the Festival, please let the closest member of staff know. If you need any further support, our on-site medical team will be able to support you further.

WHAT IF I HAVE ANY CONCERNS WHEN I’M AT THE LATINO LIFE IN THE PARK?

If you have any concerns during your time at the Latino Life In the Park please seek out one of our team and we are happy to discuss things with you.
